Launched in 2020, Berghahn Open Anthro is a subscribe-to-open initiative by Berghahn Books in partnership with Libraria. The initiative has transitioned 16 core anthropology journals fully open access and added Social Anthropology, the journal of the European Association of Social Anthropologists to the collection in 2022, as well as Ethnologia Europaea in 2024.
