If you have any queries regarding an existing 2023 order please email orders@berghahnbooks.com. Any outstanding payments or/returns for books invoiced directly by BB in 2023 should be paid to Berghahn.

Returns
These should be pre-authorised with your rep or david.crabtree@berghahnbooks.com.
In many cases we will ask for a Certificate of Destruction with photographic proof of destruction.
IPS UK operate a 3 -1 5 open returns policy.
